Governor Mike Parson announced that the Missouri Department of Public Safety has awarded 106 Missouri law enforcement agencies a total of more than $700,000 in grants to purchase essential equipment used by officers, including ballistic vests, first aid and trauma kits, police radios, light bars, and sirens. Jonathan and Megan Reasoner, El Dorado Springs, are proud to announce the birth of a daughter, Ashlan Grace Reasoner. She weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 21 inches long. Jessica and Jared Barnett, El Dorado Springs, are proud to announce the birth of a son, Miles Perry Barnett. He weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz.

Twilight Gardeners Garden Clubs January meeting was held at United Methodist Church, with President Ursula Fuller calling the meeting to order.  Club Collect was recited.  There was 9 members in attendance. Twilight Gardeners will host a talk by Cheryl Marcum at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the United Methodist Church, 201 E. Broadway, El Dorado Springs. Gov.
