MDC reports 197,724 deer harvested during November portion of firearms deer season

Top harvest counties were Franklin, Texas, and Callaway. Preliminary data from the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) shows that deer hunters in Missouri harvested 197,724 deer during the November portion of firearms deer season, Nov. 12-22. On November 27, 2022, at approximately 14:10 hours, officers of the El Dorado Springs Police Department responded to the 100 block of North Jackson Street, concerning a deceased person in the nearby creek bed.
