EVANS INTERN

EVANS INTERN – Rosalina Yorks is a fourth year University of Kansas Pharmacy student from El Dorado, KS. She originally started out her career by going into research upon graduating from Oklahoma State University with her bachelor degrees. After working in research, she realized she wanted to have a more direct impact on people’s lives and decided to pursue a career in the healthcare field. She decided to enter the pharmacy field after observing how accessible, caring and helpful a pharmacist is with their patients. Rosalina has previously worked at St. Joseph’s Medical Center and the Kansas City VA Medical Center in Kansas City during her first three years of pharmacy school. She is excited to be helping out at Evan’s Drug for the month of October and is looking forward to gaining valuable experience in a community pharmacy setting.
