FRIENDS PRESENT CHECK

FRIENDS PRESENT CHECK – Friends of the Library, Inc. Treasurer Janice Carter presented a check for 23,899.90 to Cedar County Library District Board President Kay Forest on Thursday, Oct.10t.  In accordance with the Friends’ by-laws, any money remaining at the time of dissolution of the group must be given to the El Dorado Springs Branch of the Cedar County Library District.  The group has designated the money to be used for help in funding a new library building.
