Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler (MO-4) congratulates the students of El Dorado Springs High School who attended her annual Youth Leadership Summit at the University of Missouri-Columbia on Tuesday, October 16th. Students heard presentations from individuals who shared their uniquely inspiring stories about success.

“It was such an honor to spend time with these sharp young leaders from all over Missouri’s Fourth Congressional District,” said Hartzler. “This year’s Summit brought students from 30 high schools. I am pleased they were able to hear from dynamic speakers who shared ideas for success in high school and in reaching goals in college and beyond. I look forward to hearing the great things these young people will do in their schools, their communities, and their lives.”

Congresswoman Hartzler, a former teacher in Lebanon and Belton, serves on the House Agriculture and Armed Services Committees. She resides on a working farm near Harrisonville.
