Hazel Dell Cemetery Report 2016

The Hazel Dell Cemetery financial report for year 2016 is respectfully submitted as follows: checking account balance Jan. 1, 2016, was $651.68. During the month of January we transferred the cemetery account over to the Community Bank. The amounts transferred were: Checking $651.68, Savings $2,085.84 and a cashed CD of $2,997.63 for a total of $5,735.15. Of this amount, $3,000 was transferred to a CD, leaving a balance of $2,735.15.Total cash donations were $1,037.78, giving a balance before expenses of $3,772.93. Expenses were   $2,250 for mowing, leaving a balance of $1,522.93. We cashed a maturing CD in the amount of $1,000 giving a total ending balance Dec. 31, 2016 of $2,522.93.

Donations were received from the following: $10 – Chester and Leone Greenstreet; $25 –  Eugene Walden, Jerald and Janet Jones; $30 – Don and Josephine Hertzberg, Neale and Gayle Teague, Ronald and Joann Hubbard; $35 Jerl Leonard; $50 – Don and Karen Boultinghouse, Robert Coale, Rick and Coleen Coale, Melba Whitmer, Gale Terry, Johnnie and Jaruayporn Greenstreet, Leroy Rector, Melba Whitmer for Letellier Children; $100 – Bobby and Francis Budd, Robert Cartwright, James and Jewell Caldwell in memory of Virgil and Gertrude Caldwell. The following in memory of Leroy Rector: Clyde and Bonnie Jones $10, Doug and Janice Rice $15, Jennie Barritt $25, Ken and Linda Perrodin $25, Dwight and Linda Stewart $30. The cemetery received $47.78 from the Seitz and Bryce Trust.
