Kenney completes training at MFA Inc

Identified as a leader in the company, Tyler Kenney of Stockton recently completed the MFA Management Series at MFA Incorporated’s home office in Columbia, MO. Kenney is manager at El Dorado Springs MFA Agri Services.

The management series is a central tool used by the cooperative in its mission to hire, develop and retain the best employees in agricultural business, Kenney took part in career-enhancing training that focused on effective communication and management styles. The management series also covered human resources concepts, regulation, financial practices and software capabilities – areas that help supervisors successfully lead the company.

The 2016-2017 MFA management series class consisted of 48 employees from across the company’s trade territory.
