PAPE CELEBRATES FATHER’S DAY

 Our Sunday School Hour opened with the hymn, “Faith of Our Fathers” and then Carl read the poem, “The Christ” by Robert G. Lee. We sang “Happy Birthday” to Devon Bray whose birthday was June 16. It was announced that our church and grounds spring cleaning is scheduled for Saturday June 24, weather permitting. Other up-coming events include our Noah’s Ark VBS on Saturday, July 1, and the next Pape Youth meeting will be on July 26. Our Father’s Day program was personal tributes to our fathers who are now with our LORD, with special memories by Rhonda Wallen, Wyona Nelsen and Susan Abbott, followed by moving tribute by Darren Burchett to his father, Jason Burchett, and Alexus Evans honored her grandfather, Don Evans.
