SUICIDE AWARENESS BALLOON RELEASE – Senior Life Solutions Program Director Hollee Cross, RN, BSN, lead the program staff along with several Cedar County Memorial Hospital employees and friends in a balloon release was at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, on the south lawn of the hospital in observance of September as National Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month. Senior Life Solutions is an outpatient program dedicated to addressing the emotional and behavioral health of adults over the age of 65. The services are designed to provide assistance to individuals suffering from symptoms of depression and anxiety often related to aging. The staff includes a board-certified psychiatrist, a licensed therapist, a registered nurse and other trained professionals to ensure you receive the best possible care. Senior Life Solutions program referrals can be made by anyone, including a patient’s physician, family member, or other healthcare professional.
