TOPS Chapter 9319 morning group

TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs (morning group) met in the Church Of Christ Meeting room on Thursday, Aug. 31.

Leader, Sheryl Walker opened the meeting and Kay S. led us in singing “Zipping Those Pounds Off”.

We welcomed a visitor today, Sue F.

Twenty-Four members weighed in today and we had a net loss of 1.4 lbs.

Best losers for the week was Angie and Robbie, both lost 3.4 lbs each.

Sheryl said she talked to Sylvia and she will be at the Rich Hill fall rally.

She reminded us we must have our $15 registration paid by Sept. 9.

Susan reported on the Baked Potato luncheon. She said the tickets and flyers will be available next week.

Please remember to pick up the potatoes on the 14th of September.

If you sell delivery orders, please turn your orders and money into Sheryl on or before the 19th of September. She will record the information and return the tickets to you.

We will set up on Wednesday evening; no time is set at this time.

Steve reported on the contest. He is in the lead.

Sue won the right to draw for a marble but got a black one.

LJ reminded us she is taking care of the best choice labels. Please turn yours into her.

We are reminded double fines are next week.

Angie had the program today. She got the group together and we walked outside for about 15 minutes.

With no other business we closed by singing “The More We Get Together” and our motto: “IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME”

TOPS #MO 9319 meets each Thursday Morning in the Church of Christ Meeting room at 302 E Hospital Road, El Dorado Springs. Weigh in starts at 7:45 a.m. the meeting begins at 8:45 a.m. and is over by 10 a.m.
