TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in the Church of Christ Meeting room on Thursday, Sept. 7.

Leader, Sheryl Walker, opened the meeting and Kay S. led us in singing “Walk to Stay Fit.”

Our Semi-Annual Baked Potato Luncheon will be held on Thursday, Sept. 21, in the Community Center, 135 W Spring. We will  serve a loaded baked potato choice white or sweet, salad, dessert and beverage for a cost of $7 per person. We will serve from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Take out is available. Delivery orders are being taken by TOPS members.

Kay reported on the results of her  challenge. Many members met the challenge to add a habit of eating five servings of fruits and vegetables to their diet. Most were successful. Most of us want to stop the habit of watching TV while eating but were not as successful in doing this. Interesting challenge let’s hope we can keep those fruits and veggies in our diet.

Sheryl led us in roll call. Twenty-five weighed in today. Kadeana was the week’s best loser with a loss of 8.4 lbs!  Way to go Kadeana.

Jean read the minutes for the month of August, they were approved as read.

There was no treasurer’s report at this time.

Marble Game: Carol won the right to draw but did not get a yellow, red or white.

Marilyn presented the awards for August.
