Marilyn presented the awards to Susan S for Back in Black and perfect attendance.

Sheryl Ann had the program today. She took her program from “TOPS Lights The Way”. The subject was “Positive Thinking”

She asked us “What is your first thought when you get up in the morning?” If you have negative thoughts can you change them?

When is it the hardest to retain a positive attitude?

Have you ever tried to imitate someone with a positive attitude?

She asked us to answer the following:

I feel positive when?

I would be most inspired if?

_______keeps me from being as inspired as I can be.

What is your earliest memories from being helped by a TOPS member?

Many told of positive experiences at TOPS meetings.
