Mt. Zion area is having lots of rain, the gardeners and fisherman who wanted rain got plenty. My rain barrels are overflowing as is the creeks, rivers and branches. Some roads are running full and overflowing.

Our sympathy to Coralee Miller and Charles Wilson in the passing of their sister, she lives in south Missouri.

Building has been going on at the Bob and Sheri Suster home. A new deck and ramp was built.

Tom Pelkey is enjoying having his tractor back from the repair shop, he is busy mowing grass.

We wish Charlene Crayton a speedy recovery from her recent hospital stay.

Recent visitors in the Howard and Dixie Peterson home have been Kent and Mitchell Crawford.

The white bunny rabbits at the Scherick gate are not the Easter Bunny; their still there, waiting for more bunnies, I assume.

The Rockville Hand Quilters helped Wanda Rector celebrate her 90th birthday with song, cake and ice cream then back to quilting.

In the suburb of Johnson City, the Snethens had five inches of rain and it was raining again when we were sending the news. John and Julia Snethen had dinner out Friday night in Clinton for Julia’s late birthday present and ate at John’s favorite restaurant, Golden Corral.
