Morning message at the Rockville United Methodist Church was by Pastor Nick Van Dam titled “Finding the way to Church: Humility from Matthew 9:30-37.

Mt. Zion Home Bible study was cancelled due to illness.

I finally got to welcome the buzzards back; saw them cleaning on H Hwy. Others have seen them but not working just riding the air waves, they have plenty to do cleaning up winter road kill.

Sure has been good weather for the snaggers were out at Osceola and Taberville.

Recent visitors in the Howard and Dixie Peterson home were Mitchel and Tucker Crawford, Mark Crawford and Mike Nelligan.

Tom and Beverly Pelkey finally went to the doctor. Tom is better but Beverly is still not feeling good yet, maybe the medicine will help.

The winter weather we had last didn’t hurt the flowers too bad just the flowering trees.

All the animals at the Robin Siegismund farm are doing well. Belle is so happy to have something to care for. Work for her is play, waiting for the baby chicks to hatch, only the Mother’s don’t need Belle.

Donna Harris and grandson purchased some baby chickens, their spring break project.

Sheri Suster and Katherine Albin had a girls’ day out enjoying going to Joann’s and having lunch in Belton.

Howard and Dixie Peterson visited Clyde and Brenda Peterson in Richmond on Sunday.

Ron Thompson was home this weekend and started on Julia’s fire pit then did some skeet shooting. Julia Snethen attended the OATS meeting in Osceola then on to Clinton to do some shopping.
