A large crowd attended the Fifth Sunday service at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday evening, Jan. 29. There was music and church service. Calvary, Pine Street and Cornerstone Baptist Churches from Nevada took part in the service. Brother Jon Caudle Sr. is the pastor at the Harwood Baptist Church.

Jewell and Helen Ellerman attended the Fried Chicken dinner at the El Dorado Springs Senior Center Friday, Feb. 3. They have fried chicken the first Friday of every month. If you are 60 and over it just costs $4 for the salad bar, meal and drink Monday through Friday. You can get meals on wheels in the Harwood and Schell City area. You can call the Nevada or the El Dorado Springs Senior Center for more information.

Madayn’s Kitchen will be closed on President’s Day, Monday, Feb. 20 and reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at her regular time.

Church service was held at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday, Feb. 5. Brother Jon Caudle Sr.’s sermon was taken from 2 Peter 1.
