Madalyn’s Kitchen, south of Schell City, will close around 2 p.m. on Halloween Day, Oct. 31, so her workers can take their kids trick-or-treating.

The Morerod family held a family reunion at the Harwood Baptist Church Saturday, Oct. 21. Jon and Judith (Morerod) Caudle Sr.’s daughter and husband, Paul and Karen Lin, from Korea, was here. They had been here for three weeks visiting family and friends. They are leaving for home on Friday, Oct. 27. There were 26 present for the reunion.

Jewell and Helen Ellerman and a friend, Rosie Taylor, attended the community dinner Sunday evening, Oct. 22, at the First Baptist Church at El Dorado Springs.

The Harwood Baptist Church will hold a trick-or-treat on Tuesday, Oct. 31, for 6-7:30 p.m. for Halloween.

Church service was held at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday, Oct. 22. Brother Jon Caudle Sr.’s sermon “A Living Hope,” was taken form 1 Peter 1:1-21.
