Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) ENT Clinic in Bolivar now offers Botox® and Juvéderm® cosmetic services. A special 15% discount is available on these services until Dec. 29, 2017.

Botox® is a FDA-approved injectable prescription medicine that temporarily relaxes facial muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as prevent new lines from forming. Botox® temporarily improves the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crow’s feet lines and frown lines between the eyebrows in adults. Each treatment lasts an average of four months and wears off gradually.

Juvéderm® is a FDA-approved non-invasive injectable filler that smooths away moderate to severe wrinkles and folds to correct age-related volume loss in adults. Juvéderm® temporarily adds volume to lift cheeks, smooth smile lines or plump the lips for a fresher, more youthful appearance. The results are subtle and long-lasting.
