Pre-register by Nov. 6 for QuickBooks class

University of Missouri Extension along with MSSU Missouri Small Business and Technology Development Center in Joplin are working together to provide a QuickBooks training course that will look at utilization, tips and tricks. This course will be held on November 8th starting at 6:00 p. m. and lasting till 9:00 p. m. at the Cedar County Library, 717 East Street, Stockton, Mo. 65785.

Lisa Robinson, MSSU Small Business and Technology Development Center director, will be instructing and demonstrating QuickBooks Pro 2018. Topics covered will include:

• Customer and Vendor Flowcharts and how to enter data

• Preference Settings

• Reports

Participants will also receive a training manual that includes systematic instruction for entering data. Participants may bring their laptop if they prefer, but please let us know so that we can make proper arrangements.

The cost of the workshop is $75 per person. Preregistration, along with payment, needs to be submitted by Nov. 6 to the Cedar County MU Extension Center at 113 South Street, Stockton, Mo. 65785. The fee covers speaker, refreshments and handouts. No refunds after the registration deadline. A minimum of five paid participants is required to host the workshop.
