MU Extension will provide a Warm Season Grass Cattle Grazing Workshop on Feb. 1 beginning at 1:00 p. m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church and School in Lockwood.  This workshop is part of the NRCS + MU Grasslands Project.

Jill Scheidt and Patrick Davis, MU Extension Regional Agronomy and Livestock Field Specialists, respectively, will provide the education.  The discussion topics include:

• Warm Season Grass Development and Management

• Cattle Nutrition and Grazing Management on Warm Season Grasses
