Gerald ‘Jerry’ Kirbey

On Jan. 10, 2018, we had to say goodbye to Gerald “Jerry” Kirbey.

As a husband, father, son, brother, in-law, uncle and friend he filled our lives with love and laughter. As a teacher and principal at El Dorado Springs Elementary School he helped children learn and grow for over 30 years.

Jerry was always eager to share his passions for music, golf, single malt scotch and his Corvette.

A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held in the coming weeks.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute in Gerald’s memory to a scholarship fund at the El Dorado Springs Elementary School, 901 S. Grand Ave., El Dorado Springs, MO, 64744, or c/o Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
