Todd Randall ‘Randy’ Kay

Todd Randall “Randy” Kay, 57, was born on Oct. 4, 1959, at the Rhein Main Air Force Base Hospital in Frankfurt, Germany. He was the son of Judy and Leonard Kay. He passed away after a short illness at the Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, NE, on Jan. 23, 2017.

Randy was preceded in death by his wife, Michelle in January 2012; grandparents, Henry and Clarice Peterson of Harlan, IA; grandparents Vernon and Alice Petersen of Harlan; stepfather, Clay Sanders, of El Dorado Springs, who Randy said was his mentor.

He is survived by his mother, Judy, and step-father, Leslie Knight, of El Dorado Springs.

A graveside memorial service will be held in the Harlan  (IA) Cemetery on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 2 p.m.
