American Bass Anglers Division 126 held their 2019 season opener on Stockton Lake Sept. 8, 2018. Justin Angel won with 11.97 lbs anchored with Big Bass of the tournament, a 4.06 lb. largemouth. Angel won $817.  Second place went to Brandon Rummel with 11.93 lbs. Coming in 3rd was Kevin Jackson with 10.94 lbs. They all reported catching top-water and spinner bait fish. It was cloudy and raining most of the day with winds strong enough to produce some white-caps on the lake.

This was the first in a series of tournaments all to be held on Stockton Lake. Anglers are fishing for cash, prizes and points which will qualify them to fish a 2019 Championship to be held in June of 2019 and then a National Championship, date and location to be announced.

The next D126 tournament is scheduled for Sept. 29, 2019. A full 2019 schedule can be seen at www.centralmidwestbass.com along with the full results of the September 8 tournament with pictures of many of the anglers.
