Clyde Marquis Pasley Jr., 80, Marionville, was born on August 27, 1932, in Roscoe to Clyde Marquis and Ada Belle Crowder Pasley and he passed away at 1:48 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013, in Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

After graduating from college at Central Missouri State University and a stint in the United States Army, Clyde went back to farming and the Pasley Auction Company, a family business, before going into agricultural sales.

On Jan. 31, 1974, in the Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, IA, he was married to the former Laura Monette Marie Hartzel Snider.

Clyde and Monette moved to the Ozarks Methodist Manor in 2006 from Bella

    Joyce Arlene Maynard, 77, Nevada, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City, following a brief illness. She was born March 27, 1936, in Sarcoxie to Russell Meister and Velma May Jones Meister. She was married to Charles William Maynard for 47 years and he preceded her in death on April 24, 2013.
