Lillian Lavilla Pace, 81, El Dorado Springs, was born Thursday, June 29, 1933, in Blackjack, the daughter of John Dee and Beulah Edna (Ceat) Mays. She passed from this life at 12:26 a.m. Sunday, May 24, 2015, in Cedar County Memorial Hospital, El Dorado Springs, after a lengthy illness.

Lil grew up in Blackjack and was one of the graduates of the El Dorado Springs High School Class of 1951. Shortly after high school, she began employment with the International Shoe Company working there for 25 years. Her employment then moved to 3-M Company where she worked another 15 years until her retirement in 1995.

    Clifford L. Vittetoe, 70, Nevada, went to be with his Lord on May 25, 2015, at Truman Healthcare in Lamar. He was born on March 24, 1945, to Theo and Irene (Leonard) Vittetoe in Lee’s Summit.

    Clifford suffered from birth with cerebral palsy. He was very precious and had a heart of gold.
