Morning message at the Rockville United Methodist Church by Pastor Kasey Beaton was taken from Numbers 21:4-9, Ephesians 2:1-10, John 3:14-21. Kasey will celebrate her birthday March 17.

Mt. Zion Home Bible study met Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Tom and Beverly Pelkey home to study the Bible with 10 in attendance; we invite you to join us.

March 15 brings snagging season. This year the weather was beautiful lots of fisherman were out, looks like a lot of work to me but so nice to be out; do hope old man winter stays away until next winter.

We wish Bonnie Heiserman a speedy recovery, glad Tommy Gregg was back at church after a bout with pneumonia.

    Jewell and Helen Ellerman and Rhonda Knerien had dinner at Madalyn’s Kitchen after working in the basement of the Schell City United Methodist Church Tuesday, March 10. They are getting ready for the Schell City/Harwood United Methodist Women spring sale the first of May.

    Peggy O’Brien of Grandview spent the weekend in the home of her mother, Ruth Ijams. She came to help her mom while she is not able to do very much for a while. Jeanie O’Brien visited with her sister.

    Mt. Zion Home Bible study met Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Tom and Beverly Pelkey home to study the Bible with nine in attendance; we invite you to join us.

    Mt. Zion Club will meet March 18, at the Rockville Methodist Church Fellowship Hall for an all-day meeting. Time will be spent making lap robes for veterans and hospitals; carry-in dinner at noon.

Margret Ann Haddix, who is a member of the Schell Harwood United Methodist Women, received a certificate and mission courage for members who were 90 and over in the Southwest District.
