Great check-up for Helen Ellerman

Bob and Cheryl Ellerman of Edwards, took Bob’s sister, Helen Ellerman, to Columbia Monday, Jan. 5 for her check-up for her knee replacement that she had in August. She does not have to see them again for a year. Helen and Bob’s mother went with them. They ate dinner at Denny’s at Columbia.

Bob Roe of El Dorado Springs picked up his cousin, Frances Lewis, and they had lunch at Madalyn’s Kitchen. While they were there, Frances got to visit with a good friend, Mildred Williamson, from El Dorado Springs.

    Rozella Gammon who used to live in Harwood for several years, celebrated her 91st birthday on Sunday, Jan. 4. She has now lived in Culpepper Place at Nevada for the past several months.

    The Schell City/Harwood United Methodist Women met Wednesday evening, Dec. 10 at 4 p.m. at Madalyn’s Kitchen. Those present were Jewell and Helen Ellerman, Madalyn Crocker, Ruth Ijams, Sharon Sterling and Rhonda Kneder. President Helen Ellerman gave the devotion taken from Luke 1:5-17.
