American Bass Anglers Division 126 will hold a qualifying tournament Saturday, April 21, on Stockton Lake. Anglers will begin registration at Old State Park Ramp at 5:00 Saturday morning. There will be a short meeting at 6:00 a.m. followed by a partner draw. Launch will be at about 6:30; weigh-in will be shortly after 2:30 p.m.

This is one of a series of tournaments put on by American Bass Anglers, a national tournament circuit. Boaters and non-boaters from age 14 are encouraged to compete. Membership to ABA is $35/year; entry fee is $70/angler. A $10 Big Bass option pot will be offered as well as a $5 50/50 option pot.

Anglers are competing for cash and points as well as prizes donated by local businesses. The points qualify competitors to enter the D126 2-day Championship scheduled for August 11-12, 2018 on Stockton Lake and the ABA National Championship to be held on Hartwell Lake in Georgia Oct. 24-26.
