Bobby and Karen Hutchison spent Friday night with Bob and Jane Hutchison. They attended the wedding of Chasidee Hutchison to Steve Morgan at the Deerfield Baptist Church Saturday afternoon.
Spending the Thanksgiving holiday with Norman and Betty Radde were his grandsons, Sheridan and Annette Radde, Kaitlyn and Conner, Omaha, NB, Patricia Radde, Elkhorn, NB, and Matt and Desi Radde, Blake and Kailey, Caddo, OK. They brought the dinner for all to enjoy.
Rob and Allison Willson and girls spent Thanksgiving with Gilbert and Eleanor Willson in Branson. They went to Silver Dollar City for the Christmas lights and the show, “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
Elnora Wallace spent Thanksgiving Day at the home of Travis and Jeannie Riggs near Nevada. Some others attending were Jack and Sharon Wallace and Danielle McWilliams.
Tony Overcash, Anchorage, AK, visited his parents, James and Charlene Hauf.
Thanksgiving dinner guests of Bob and Jane Hutchison were Debbie and Denny Wallace, Bryson, Addison, Colin and Cale McConnaughey, Valerie and Eddie Hardy, Colton, Paxton, and Jayna, Bobby and Karen Hutchison, Mandee and Joey Bronson, Memphis and Nash, and Kent and Brenda Hutchison. Afternoon visitors were Eric and Aubrey Good and Emrys, Arlene and Mike Good and Bill and Sally Hawkins.
Amanda and Shawn Eaton, Kimber and Ruger hosted a Thanksgiving dinner at their home. Attending were Karen Hutchison, Bill and Janice Amick, Kaitlin Amick and friend, Marshall, Kim and Jeff Parrish and Cameron, Anne Parrish and Leslie and Micah Gayman, Joey, Jeremy, Heidi and Natalie.
Don and Edith Stockstill will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception hosted by their daughter and her husband, Marty and Rich Patton, and their grandchildren at the Walker Community Building on Sunday, Dec. 2, between 2 and 4 p.m. Don and Edith exchanged their wedding vows in Harrison, AR, on Nov. 26, 1952, and have made their home in Walker for the past 50 years. Spending Thanksgiving evening with Alberta and Glen Hays were Russell and Carisa Hays, Quinton and Quade, Andy and Tammy Hays, Payton and Haley and Carisa’s nephew, Cedric.
Jack and Sharon Wallace took Elnora Wallace to the Walker Community Thanksgiving dinner Saturday. Others visiting Elnora this week were Caitlin Wallace of Maryville, Danielle McWilliams and Suzanne Prough.
Bob and Jane Hutchison went with Lois Herbst to Appleton City Tuesday to see the Train Town USA Ceremony at the old depot with a passenger train and dignitaries. There were at least 400 people there. The high school band performed and a program was held. They took Lila Bailey.
Charles and I spent last weekend in Kearney with our son, Chuck Foreman. His sons, Wes and Tim, and Wes’ daughter, Keeley, visited, also.
Andy and Tammy Hays hosted a 16th birthday party for their daughter, Haley, Sunday evening. Attending were Alberta and Glen Hays, Russell and Carisa Hays, Quinton and Quade, Payton Hays, Nadine and Denny Hyder and Tracy Shoemaker, Amy, Ashley and Ally.
Rick and Janice Ribble of Wisconsin have spent the past two weeks in the area and worked at the Mound Cemetery. They were supper guests of Charles and me on Monday.
Tina and James Keightley and Vincent attended a Thanksgiving dinner in Nevada at the home of Barbara and Larry Underwood, Justin, Josh and Ethan. Others attending were Jessica and Dustin Terry and Aiden, Tammy and Roger Underwood and Denton, Trisha and T. J. Pike and Payton and Kay and Daurell Reasoner.
Charles and I visited Fred Haynes Monday.
Orpha and Merle Simeral hosted a Thanksgiving dinner at their home Thursday with their family. Merle’s mother, Wilda Hall, visited in the afternoon.
Wendy and Brandon Conley, Pleasanton, KS, hosted a combination Thanksgiving dinner and birthday party for their five-year-old son, Garrett. Attending were Vonnie Main, Chet and Marla Foreman, Regan Kannady, Chuck Foreman, Tim Foreman, Wes Foreman and Keeley and friend, Justine, David and Betsy Foreman, Brooklyn and Carter, Katie and Anthony Budd and Brice, Rick and Janice Ribble, Christine Graham, and Charles and me. It was wonderful. They rented a bounce house and all the kids, and some not so young, bounced outside.
