Met with Road and Bridge Supervisor Eddie Coffin
Coroner Bill Neale discussed the need to hire a person to enter coroner’s data into the computer so county will have the information for the archives. Commission agreed to budget for a $10 per hour employee for budget year 2013.
11:30 a.m. – motion by Hamilton to enter closed session pursuant to Revised Missouri State Statute 610 in order to discuss potential litigation; Second by Fox.
11:45 a.m. – motion by Hamilton to resume open session; Second by Fox.

Ken Lucious brought in buckets of thistles he dug off a neighboring property. Matter was turned over to prosecutor.
Larry Roberts discussed training for the new law enforcement facility; 1st training class is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 30, 2012.
Representatives from Kaysinger Basin discussed sharp curve on 82 Hwy. outside of El Dorado Springs as being a top priority. The metal bridge on Hwy. 32 needs to be replaced and the curves taken out; It was reported that “scrap” is the number one export from Missouri. The newly formed committee that meets in the third Thursday of each month at the school was discussed. Commission encouraged Kaysinger to send a representative.
Met with Cedar County Assessor Eddie Johnson to process court orders 16753 through 16819 to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property. Processed personal property abatements
