Dec 19 – Officers responded to a reported assault at 1505 South Summer. A suspect has been identified and investigation continuing.

Dec 20 – Officer responded to a larceny from a motor vehicle at 117 West Martin. Investigation revealed the theft of a red and black, Sony Explod vehicle CD Player and a silver, 1200 Watt, BOSS speaker amplifier. Investigation continuing.

Arrest: Amber R. Miner, 26, El Dorado Springs, on an active Vernon County warrant charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of failure to maintain insurance with a cash or surety bond of $137 She was released on her own recognizance pending court appearance.

Officers responded to a reported burglary at 317 West Hickory. Investigation revealed the theft of a black powder gun, a green, NEXT Chaos bicycle and a silver laptop computer. Dec 21 – Officer responded to a reported burglary of a storage unit at 300 East Spring, Unit 147. Investigation revealed the theft of two brown wicker chairs with a fan back, a black 13” or 15” box television, a brand new, still in the box, set of Correlle Dishes with a sunflower pattern, a set of black pots and pans, a pink fuzzy blanket with a fleece edge and a green comforter/sheet set. Officer responded to a reported larceny at 507 North St. James. Investigation revealed the theft of a gray Nordyne Air Conditioner. Investigation continuing. Dec 24 – Arrest: Mitzie M Barnett, 43, El Dorado Springs, on an active St. Clair County warran charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of fraud-insufficient funds with a cash only bond of $500. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officer responded to a reported larceny of a bicycle at 400 South Main. Investigation revealed the theft of a 20”, white and pink, BMX, girl's bicycle. Investigation continuing.

Dec 25 – Officer responded to a reported larceny at 306 West Broadway. Investigation revealed the theft of Christmas lawn ornaments, including a 3’ plastic snowman with a shovel, a wire framed deer and an 8’ x 8’, blow up carousel. Investigation continuing. Dec 26 – Officers responded to a reported peace disturbance and assault at 700 South Park. A suspect has been identified. Investigation continuing.

Dec 27- Arrests: Clifford W. Short, El Dorado Springs, on an active Nevada Municipal Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charges of expired license plates, failure to register a motor vehicle and failed to transfer plates with a cash only bond of $307. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Bryan R. Shrout, 46, El Dorado Springs, charging him with third degree domestic assault with a cash or surety bond of $1,000. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Dec 29 – Arrests: Cody R. Bird, 19, El Dorado Springs, charging him with no operator’s license. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Daniel T. Colvin, 24, El Dorado Springs, charging him with Driving While Intoxicated with a cash or surety bond of $500. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officer responded to a reported larceny from a motor vehicle at 400 East Hospital Road. Investigation revealed the theft of a wallet. Investigation continuing.

Dec 30 – Officer responded to a reported larceny of a bicycle from 221 West Joe Davis. Investigation revealed the theft of a 20”, green and silver, Mongoose, BMX bicycle, reportedly stolen on Dec 28. Investigation continuing.
