Those having dinner at Madalyn’s Kitchen after church Sunday, Dec. 30, were Pastor Connie Locke, Jewell and Helen Ellerman and Jeanie O’Brien.

Church service was held at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday, Dec. 30 with Bro. Cliff Bennett.

Church service was held at the Schell City United Methodist Church Sunday, Dec. 30. Pastor Connie Locke’s sermon “Clothed in Grace” taken from Luke 2:41-52 and Colossians 3:2-17. They read the affirmation from I Corinthians 15:1-6 and Colossians 11:5-20. They read Psalm 139 and the Christmas Prayers. Sunday School was held before church. Jeanie O’Brien led the lesson “Christ’s Love For the Church” taken from Ephesians 5:21-6:4.

Rozella Gammon went to the home of Bob and Jane Hutchison at Walker for her 89th birthday which was Friday, Jan. 4. Other guests were Bill and Sally Hawkins, Jim and Lois Herbst and Jim and Jeanie Ogle all of El Dorado Springs on Saturday, Jan. 5.

Those having dinner at Madalyn’s Kitchen Sunday, Jan. 6, after church were Pastor Connie Locke, Jewell and Helen Ellerman, Frances Lewis, Jeanie O’Brien and Ruth Ijams.

Connie Locke visited her parents, Ben and Gloria Locke, at Nevada Sunday afternoon, Jan. 6.

Church service was held at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday, Jan. 6. Brother Cliff Bennett’s sermon “Glory to God” taken from Mark 1:1-11. They had their first Sunday dinner after church.

Church service was held at the Schell City Untied Methodist Church Sunday, Jan. 6. Pastor Connie Locke’s sermon “Star Light, Star Bright” taken from Isaiah 60:1-6 and Matthew 2:1-12. It was communion Sunday. Items were brought for Community Outreach. Sunday School was held before church. Jeanie O’Brien led the lesson “Proclaiming Christ” taken from Philippians 1:15-26.
