Morning message at the Rockville United Methodist Church by Johannigmeier was “Hi My Name is John” from Mathew 11: 2-19.

Mt. Zion Bible study met in the home of Tom and Beverly Pelkey Tuesday at 7 p.m. with 11 present to study the Bible. We invite you to join us.

Our Missouri weather never ceases to amaze me after all these years. Was 5 degrees one morning, but has warmed up to spring again. We are very thankful for the rain. I had two jonquils that have bloomed during the warm spell. Guess they have already got spring work done.

Visitors Saturday in the Pelkey home were Greg and Jack Pelkey and friend of Springfield.

Sunday visitor in the Zink home was Stacy Griffith, Marge is entertaining bronchitis.

June Marshall has been staying home resting trying not to get sick, I’m sure she is not telling the whole story.

Kent Crawford and Beth were Saturday visitors in the Howard and Dixie Peterson home.

John Snethen had some test run at Elliot Hospital this past week and while there he visited with Dane Schellman, Elizabeth Donnelly and Barbara Carpenter. Cheryl Farrell came over and went with John and Julia to the hospital then Cheryl and Julia brought John home and they went to Nevada to do some shopping and get their hair done.

Sunday Visitors in the Snethen home were Cheryl Farrell, Ron Thompson who spent the weekend, Michael, Kayla and Logan Snethen.
