EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Jan 28 – Officers responded to a reported larceny at 508 South Grand. Investigation revealed the theft of a silver FBM bicycle and bicycle parts. Juvenile suspects have been identified and investigation continuing.

Officers responded to a reported larceny at 135 West Spring. Investigation revealed the theft of $30 in cash. Juvenile suspects have been identified and referred to the Juvenile Office.

Jan 29 – Arrests: Royal A. Daily, 21, El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Jan 30 – Arrest: John E. Sieleman, 33, El Dorado Springs, on an active Vernon County warrant charging him with failure to appear on two counts of non-support with no bond. He was extradited to the Vernon County Sheriff’s office pending court appearance.

Officers responded to a reported larceny from a motor vehicle at 1329 South 32 Hwy. Investigation revealed the theft of a black coat and a pair of boots that were later recovered. Officers issued Vance L. Johnson, 40, El Dorado Springs, a summons, with a pending court date, charging him with stealing.

Feb 1 – Officers responded to a reported burglary at 108 North High. Investigation revealed the theft of two, green and black X-Box 360 gaming systems, two X-Box 360 games and a black, iPod Touch. Investigation continuing. Anyone with information concerning this incident is encouraged to call the El Dorado Springs Police Department at 417-876-TIPS.

Arrest: Joshua W. Culver, 33, El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of under 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Feb 2 – Arrests: Joshua L. Riley, 29, Humansville, charging him with driving while suspended with a cash or surety bond of $250 He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Aron P. Zimmer, 34, El Dorado Springs, on an active Vernon County felony warrant charging him with possession of marijuana with a cash or surety bond of $25,000. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Feb 3 – While on routine patrol, officers observed a vehicle driving recklessly in the City Park. Officers pursued the vehicle and investigation resulted in the arrest of Riley M. Julian, 22, El Dorado Springs, charging him with driving while intoxicated with a cash or surety bond of $500, obsturction-resisting arrest with a cash or surety bond of $500, failure to stop for an emergency vehicle, two counts of careless and reckless driving, second degree trespassing, unlawful possession of a weapon, two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, operating a motor vehicle without turning its headlights on and failure to provide proof of insurance. He was released on bond pending court appearance. Officers also arrested Christopher A. White, 20, Osceola, charging him with minor in possession (liquor) with a cash or surety bond of $150. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 108 West Hickory. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Jamie V. Turner, 30, El Dorado Springs, charging him with third degree domestic assault with a cash or surety bond of $1,000. He was released on bond pending court appearance.
