In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On November 20, 2018, officers arrested Shaeffer B. Johnson, 20, of Osceola, for an a El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant ,charging him with Failure to Appear, on the original charges of No License Plates and No Proof of Insurance, with a $352.00bond.  He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 20, 2018, officers arrested Lawrence L. Hill, Jr., 49, for a Probation and Parole Felony Warrant charging him with Parole Violation on the original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana, Driving While Revoked/Suspended, and Keeping/Maintaining a Public Nuisance, with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending a court appearance.

On November 20, 2018, officers arrested Louis M. Stockdale, 26, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear, on the original charge of First Degree Trespassing, with a $175.50 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 21, 2018, officers arrested Damien L. Harder, 22, for a Vernon County Felony Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear, on the original charge of Third Degree Domestic Assault, with no bond. He was transported to Vernon County Jail pending a court appearance.

On November 21, 2018, officers arrested Nikki C. Grider, 37, for a Vernon County Warrant, charging her with Possession of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid of Less than 35 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a $600.00 cash bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On November 23, 2018, officers responded to 312 W. US 54 Highway, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny (shoplifting). The investigation revealed the theft of a fifth of Jim Beam whiskey. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On November 24, 2018, officers responded to 315 East Fields, Apartment B, concerning a reported Peace Disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Kenneth G. Worthington, 65, charging him with Peace Disturbance. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.
