EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Feb. 5 – Arrests: Nikki C. Lawson, 32, El Dorado Springs, charging her with possession of under 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Jamie L. Jacobs, 38, El Dorado Springs, charging her with driving while revoked, failure to provide proof of insurance and defective equipment (headlights). She was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Jamie A. Glenn, 27, El Dorado Springs, on an active Bates County warrant charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of no seat belt with a cash or surety bond of $10. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to a reported assault at 100 South Main. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Boyd T. Culbertson, 18, El Dorado Springs, charging him with third degree assault. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Feb. 6 – Arrest: Bradley W. Wiegel, 36, El Dorado Springs, on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal court warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of peace disturbance with a cash or surety bond of $270. He was transferred to the Vernon County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

Feb. 7 – Officers responded to a reported larceny at 404 South Ohio. Investigation revealed the theft of a blue, 20” Mongoose bicycle and a blue, 20” Next bicycle. Ivestigation continuing. Anyone with information concerning this incident is encouraged to call the El Dorado Springs Police Department at 417-876-TIPS.

Feb. 8 – Officers received information on reported drug activity at 105 South Summer. Officers applied for and received a search warrant for the residence. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Cammy D. Bailey, 39, El Dorado Springs, charging her with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a cash or surety bond of $250. She was released on bond pendinG court appearance. Officers also arrested Shawnda R. Pulley, 30, El Dorado Springs, charging her with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on summonses pending court appearance.

Arrest: Jamie V. Turner, 30, Kansas City, charging him with violation of an order of protection, with a cash or surety bond of $500. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Feb. 9 – Arrest: Alvin W. Dunn, 41, El Dorado Springs, charging him with four counts of tampering with a witness with a cash only bond of $3,000. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.
