Tex McKinley and Dora Jean had the misfortune of losing one of their cats. We looked and looked but no where to be found. After about 45 minutes, we found Whitely by accident. Tex was ready to throw some trash in the wastepaper basket under the sink in the bathroom. Opening the door and starting to throw the trash in, there she was in the basket. She jumped out at him when he was throwing the paper in. Presto, a cat.
Chris Entrikin had a birthday on Valentine’s Day. Happy birthday Chris.
Mary Leer and Marilyn Entrikin had lunch at Buzz’s BBQ on Wednesday. Love that “Betty Baked Potato.” Then the ladies stopped at Wal-Mart.
Marilyn Entrikin said she got less than a half-inch of rain but it cleaned the air. It makes it easier for Marilyn and others with breathing problems to breathe.
In the week of Feb. 25, E.J., J.D and Doug Wingate from Nevada stopped by. Having all three has been quite a while. All three were busy while they were here.
I saw Teresa Brewer last week at Wal-Mart. She was dressed warmly to do her grocery shopping.
Chris Entrikin turned 50 on Valentine’s Day. Marilyn Entrikin asked son, Chris, if he did anything fun on that day. He said, “Oh yes, we loaded hogs that day.” On Kyla’s birthday last month they were getting hogs in. Boy do they know how to celebrate or what?
Marilyn Entrikin played bingo on Friday. She won one game. Had cherry cheesecake for a snack. Yum.
