EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Feb. 25 – Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 901 South Jackson. Incident handled by officers.

Feb. 26 – Arrest: Tagger L. Kellum, 19, Osceola, on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of trespassing with a cash or surety bond of $130 and on an active Cedar County warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of minor visible intoxicated with a cash only bond of $500. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

Feb. 27 – Officer responded to a reported theft from a motor vehicle and property damage at 308 West Marshall. Investigation revealed a destroyed window to the vehicle and the theft of approximately $30 in cash. Investigation continuing.

Officer responded to a reported larceny and property damage at 901 South Park. Investigation revealed the theft of several blue, 50’ extension cords. Investigation continuing. Feb. 28 – Arrest: Henry M. Williams IV, 32, El Dorado Springs, on an active Vernon County warrant charging him with failure to appear on original charge of first degree tespassing with a cash only bond of $400. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

March 1 Arrest: Lesley M. Smith, 28, El Dorado Springs, on an active Nevada Police Department warrant charging her with failure to appear on the original charges of expired license plates and DWS with a cash only bond of $535.54. She was extradited to the Vernon County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

March 2 – Arrest: Jason M. Hancock, 32, El Dorado Springs, on an active probation and parole warrant from Parole District 10 for failure to report and failure to pay child support with no bond. He was transported to the Cedar County Sheriff’s 0ffice pending extradition and court appearance.

March 2 – Arrest: Joshua K. Ohman, 20, El Dorado Springs, on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant charging him with contempt of court, failure to pay court costs and fines on the original charge of dog at large with a cash only bond of $235. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office pending bond and a court appearance.

March 3 – Officers responded to a reported larceny at 217 West Joe Davis. Investigation revealed the theft of three white, Blue Rhino 20 pound propane tanks. Investigation continuing.
