March 4 – Officers responded to a reported burglary at 104 East Martin. Investigation revealed the theft of a black, X-Box 360 with eight games, a black Play Station Portable, a 20” Orion flat screen television, a red, Kodak, digital camera and an unknown brand of car stereo. Investigation continuing. Anyone with information concerning this incident is encouraged to call the El Dorado Springs Police Department at 417-876-TIPS.

March 5 – Arrest: Kynsey K. Collins, 21, Stockton, on an active Phelps County warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of failure to properly affix/fasten to or maintain motor vehicle/trailer plates with a cash or surety bond of $1,000. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

March 6 – Officers responded to a reported larceny at 423 South Main. Investigation revealed the theft of a black Poulan Rotor Tiller. Investigation continuing. Anyone with information concerning this incident is encouraged to call the El Dorado Springs Police Department at 417-876-TIPS.

Officers responded to 305 South St. James concerning information received from the Vernon County Sheriff’s office in reference to stolen property. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Bradley D. Sprinkle, 50, El Dorado Springs, on an active St. Clair County warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of DWR with a cash only bond of $100 an active St. Clair County warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of defective equipment with a cash only bond of $200 and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was extradited to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

March 8 – Officers responded to a reported fraud (by wire) at 200 McCrary Circle, Apt 4. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Justin M. Duncan, 26, El Dorado Springs, charging him with fraudulent use of a credit card with a cash or surety bond of $2,500. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Arrest: Tanya F. Stroer, 35, El Dorado Springs, on an active Cedar County warrant charging her with non-support with a cash or surety bond of $2,500. She was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at 901 South Jackson. Incident handled by officers.

March 9 – Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at 901 South Jackson. Investigation resulted in the arrest of John D. Donahue, 28, El Dorado Springs, charging him with two counts of second degree domestic assault with a cash or surety bond of $5,000 with the conditions that he have no direct and/or indirect contact with victim. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

March 9 – Officers responded to a reported disturbance at 305 South St. James. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Ashton J. Finley, 22, El Dorado Springs, charging her with property damage. She was released on summons pending court appearance.
