Taberville snaggers 3 cc .tif

FUN IS WORK – Five snaggers from Appleton City were hard at it on the afternoon of opening day at the Osage River Bridge at Taberville. By mid afternoon, they had caught and released one small spoonbill and almost landed a buffalo. One snagger said that his girlfriend’s father had showed up there early that morning and on his second cast hooked and landed a 70 lb. spoonbill. At that, the man quit and took his fish home.
