On May 27, 2019, officers responded to 114 Winner Road concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a red, self propelled, Snapper lawn mower. A suspect has been identified, a report taken, and the investigation continues.

On May 27, 2019, officers arrested Diamond L. Marshall, 20, for an active El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on the original charge of Trespassing, with a bond of $175.50. She was released on her own recognizance pending a court appearance.

On May 28, 2019, officers arrested Elizabeth M. Bryant, 54, for an active St. Clair County Warrant charging her with Delivery or Possession of a Controlled Substance at a County/Private Jail/Correction Center and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a bond of $5,000.00. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On May 28, 2019, officers arrested Michael O. Gilbert, 36, for an active Probation Violation Warrant charging him with of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Receiving Stolen Property, with no bond. He was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending a court appearance.

On May 28, 2019, officers arrested David T. Smith, 22, for an active Nevada PD Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on the original charges of Expired License Plates, No Operator’s License, and Failure to Appear, with a cash only bond of $871.60. He was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

On May 29, 2019, officers responded to Woods Supermarket, 312 West US 54 Highway, concerning a theft from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of five week old, male, white and brown, German Shorthair puppy and a brown purse with all of its contents. A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On May 29, 2019, officers arrested Veronica B. Roberts, 17, for Violation of an Order of Protection. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On May 30, 2019, officers responded to 109 North St. James concerning a reported theft from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of a pair of small, black speakers, reportedly taken between 11:00 p.m., May 23, 2019, and 3:01 p.m., May 30, 2019. A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On May 31, 2019, officers responded to 300 West Hightower concerning a reported domestic assault. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Chandler L. Collins, 19, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On June 1, 2019, officers responded to 219 West Joe Davis concerning a reported assault. A report was taken and the investigation continues.
