Approved Commission Minutes for August 19, 2019.

Met with Miles Brite, Cedar County Republican, for interview on SB391.

Met with Chad Pyle, Assessor

Requests to process court order 24701-24703, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Met with Cheryl Marcum for an update on SB391.

Met with Sheriff James McCrary

Weekly Report of Inmate Housing – Out of County – 49, Cedar – 4 = 53

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed Myers Bridge project, CR480, CR550, CR901, CR1074, CR1550, and CR775.

Met with Mike Stephens to discuss SB391.

Public Hearing was held to set 2019 tax levy for Cedar County General Revenue, Road and Bridge, and Senior Services.

Commission reviewed monthly report from Prosecuting Attorney, minutes from Cedar County Hospital Board.

Commission reviewed payment requests submitted to the Treasurer for discretionary funds by elected officials.

Commission signed letter to participate in the CART Program with the Missouri Conservation Department for the Fiscal Year 2020.

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed Myers Bridge project, CR601, CR1125 and CR50 intersection, and CR150.

Commission reviewed monthly report from Circuit Court and Recorder of Deeds offices.

Commission reviewed payment requests submitted to the Treasurer for discretionary funds by elected officials.  Reported receipt of annual Flood Control funds.
