Charles L. Kirbey, 71, of El Dorado Springs, passed away Sept. 23, 2019.

Services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in Bland-Hackleman Chapel.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 6 till 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
