FFA bestows honors at annual banquet

The El Dorado Springs FFA Chapter held its annual banquet on Tuesday, May 7, to recognize and honor member achievements and one guest as well as award scholarships.

FFA Advisors/VoAg Instructors Brett Neil and Courtney Poirot named several of their top students.

This is only a portion of the photos. We are holding the State FFA Degree winners photo because we have not been able to get a photo of the two recipients who graduated at mid-year. We are holding some other photos for more complete information. More photos next week.

STAR SENIOR – Courtney Hooper received this honor awarded by Advisor Courtney Poirot.

STAR JUNIOR – honors went to Wyatt Greenstreet. Advisor Courtney Poirot made the presentation.

STAR GREENHAND – Honors as the top first year student in the FFA program went to Kale Adams.

HONORARY CHAPTER DEGREE – Don Boultinghouse accepted the Honorary Chapter Degree from Advisor Brett Neil. By chance, Don’s granddaughter, Michaela Collins, was at the podium behind them.
