Approved Commission Minutes for October 28, 2019.

Met with Connie Maupin, Masters Special Road District

Discussed undermining of footings on bridge on CR1970.

Met with Chad Pyle, Assessor

Requests to process court order 24844-24865, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Met with Sheriff James McCrary

Weekly Report of Inmate Housing: Out of County – 47, Cedar – 9 = 56

Commission reviewed letter from LLEBG Grant Funds for $9,959.88 payment received in 2019 for Sheriff’s Office equipment.  Funds were expended for $9,910.00, county to reimburse $49.88 of unexpended program funds.

Replaced hot water tank in courthouse last week.

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

Discussed CR1620, CR2451, CR101, CR800, and status of Myers Bridge project.   

Lynn Janes stopped in to discuss road maintenance.

Commission reviewed monthly reports from offices of Circuit Clerk, Recorder of Deeds, and County Clerk.  Reviewed a memo from MO DNR noting available programs.

Bills and payroll were approved.
