The EHS graduating class of 1968 held their 45 year class reunion on June 21 and 22. Several class mates gather on Friday evening at the home of Dannie Newman for a barbecue and visiting. The day began on Saturday with a golf game for some and decorating at the El Dorado Eagles at 10 a.m. for others. At noon, the group was encouraged to bring their own sack lunch to Camp Galilee and reminisce about our grade school days of going to camp. At 2 p.m., class members took a tour of the POPS Museum and at 6 p.m. 33 class members along with several spouses arrived back at the Eagles for dinner, a short business meeting, class pictures and lots of visiting and getting reacquainted. Plans are already underway for a birthday party in 2015 when the entire class reaches the social security and retirement age of 65.
