HERRIMAN CHAPEL

Herriman Chapel enjoyed a wonderful time of worship with a patriotic theme this past Sunday, honoring our veterans and an active member of the Air Force. Pastor Woods directed our thoughts toward how our nation can be great, delving into the implications of Proverbs 14:34: “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people” (English Standard Version). In the evening, we watched Monumental, a documentary which seeks to find what has made America great and how we can remain a great nation today.

We honored a special couple in our church family, Ray and Lavena Crooks, who are moving out of state. The Crooks have served God faithfully in ministry throughout their lives in two different mission fields, our Bible School, and as a pastor of several churches. Herriman Chapel truly appreciates the Crooks’ willing service and faithful testimony throughout the many years as members of our congregation.

Herriman Chapel is seeking to become a gathering of God’s people who are known for our love for others. Have you experienced God’s love? If you do not have a church home, we invite you to join us next Sunday morning where you can learn that God truly loves even you.

A chapel in the country with a heart full of love … Herriman Chapel is located 1 1/2 miles south of Hwy 54 on Hwy 39.
