Met with Chad Pyle, Assessor

Requests to process court order 25249-25268, to add-on the assessed valuation of newly purchased personal property.

Met with Sheriff James McCrary

Weekly Report of Inmate Housing: Out of County – 52, Cedar – 11 = 63

Discussed C&C Group and Jayhawk for fire protection services.

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor to discussed CR752 pipe, Turkey Creek hill, CR350 E of

CR701, CR425, Pace Town Road hill, bridge on CR300 and corner of CR150/CR1101.  Discussed parts ordered and need for wood stove repair.  Discussed parts ordered and need for repair on red dump truck.

Noah with Tri-State Truck Center to discuss truck options.

Bill Seitz stopped in to discuss CR1101 and CR301.

Adina McGinnis – Wings Refuge to present annual budget.

Nick Allison – Kaysinger Basin Economic Developer

Discussed a few potential community projects.  He is checking into historical site grants.

Commission reviewed and signed CCMH surplus property items, invoices from treasurer, and signed STC biannual Assessment Maintenance Plan for 2020-2021.

Bills and payroll were approved.
