Mt. zion Area life is going on even if we people are not going away from home much. We are enjoying the few days of sunshine, trees are getting leaves, flowers are flowering, trees and bushes are blooming.  The yard needs mowing.

Been reports of red mushrooms found, waiting for the morels.  Lots of folks have been out fishing and snagging.

Over at the Robin Sigismund Farm, Belle has enjoyed Robin being home more.  So far no baby chicks to speak of. Belle hopes Robin has plenty of treats.

Tom Pelkey has been under the weather, had to make a trip to the clinic for medicine, but is better.

Julia Snethen is better, she will see the doctor later this week.

Marge thought having to stay home, she would get some much-needed spring cleaning done. Well, so far, she has cleaned the sewing machine cabinet’s two drawers, must have been some time since she has done that for she found sewing machine bobbins for a machine shes not seen for 40 years. She also found a fancy diaper pin, one of those fancy ones with plastic top from 50 years ago, when we used cloth diapers, don’t remember if there was a choice.  Maybe I’ll do better next week.
