Mark your calendars for 7 p.m. this Saturday night, Aug. 17, in the beautiful Opera House Theatre in downtown El Dorado Springs for a night of fun-filled down-home entertainment.

Entertainers and local talent just keep getting added. Don’t be surprised if more get added by Saturday night. Local favorites who are confirmed to be there: Rusty Carver, Emily McConnaughey Shinn, Taylor Bock, Bentley Allison, Paige Esry and some of the Circle S Opry Band including the “Singing Vet” Brian Collins, Paula Newman, Ginelle Esry, Ron Swopes, Jack Wallace, Fiddlin’ Gary Johnston and Justin Wallace.

The Opera House Arts Council is presenting this event to raise funds to reopen the beautiful Opera House Theatre. Donations are $10 per ticket. All proceeds will be used to help purchase the new digital projector needed to be able to show movies again at the theatre. Tickets will be available in advance at Allison’s Quick Lube or call Paula Newman at 296-5990. We need to raise $60,000 to purchase the new projector. All donations are appreciated.

All of the entertainers and donating their time and talents for this event.

Please help us save the Opera House and preserve and maintain it for our future generations. We appreciate in advance all of the community support. You can also donate on line at the Community Foundation of the Ozarks website.
