EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

Aug 12 – Officers responded to 122 West Hightower concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a red Murray push mower, a green Weed Eater push mower and two, two gallon cans of gasoline. Investigation continuing. Anyone with information concerning this incident is encouraged to call the El Dorado Springs Police Department at 417-876-TIPS.

Aug 13 – Arrest: David T. Griffith, 25, El Dorado Springs, on an active Vernon County probation and parole warrant charging him with violation of probation conditions with no bond. He was extradited to the Vernon County Sheriff’s office pending court appearance.

Aug 14 – Officers responded to109 West Lafayette concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a central air conditioner fuse. Investigation continuing.

Officers responded to 607 South Jackson concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a green ignition key to a Craftsman lawn mower. Investigation continuing.

Arrest: Alyssa B Myers, 19, Excello, MO, on an active Greene County warrant charging her with failure to appear on the original charge of minor in possession with a cash or surety bond of $500. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Officers responded to1704 South Phillips concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of $400 in cash. Investigation continuing.

Officers respond to 114 West Joe Davis concerning a reported larceny. Investigation revealed the theft of a lawn mower battery. Investigation continuing.

Aug 15 – Arrest: James M Rigg, 21, El Dorado Springs, on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charges of assault and peace disturbance with a cash or surety bond of $495. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Aug 15 – Arrest: Shawnda R Pulley, 31, El Dorado Springs, on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal Court Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear, per court order on the original charge of shoplifting with a cash or surety bond of $397.50. She was released on bond pending court appearance.

Augt 16 – Officers responded to 204 South Jackson, Apt 1, concerning a reported assault. A suspect was been identified and investigation continuing. During the investigation, officers arrested Angela A McGinnis, 38, El Dorado Springs, on the following active Polk County warrants: failure to appear on the original charge of following to close with a cash only bond of $150, failure to appear on the original charge of no valid license with a cash only bond of $150, failure to appear on the original charge of no insurance with a cash only bond of $150 and failure to appear on the original charge of failed to display certificate of vehicle inspection with a cash only bond of $150.She was extradited to the Polk County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

Augt 17 – Officers responded to 1603 South Vernon concerning a reported peace disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrests of Jared C. Brundige, 21, and Kayla M. Burnham, 20, both of El Dorado Springs, charging them with peace disturbance by fighting. They were released on summonses pending a court appearance.
