EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Sept 23 – Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 315 East Fields, Apt C. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Dillion R. Berning, 21, El Dorado Springs, charging him with two counts of third degree domestic assault with a cash bond of $2,000. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Sept 24 – Arrest: Anthony A Norton, 51, Sedalia, on an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant for failure to appear on the original charges of C&R driving with an accident and wxpired operator's license with a $220 cash or surety bond. He was released after court appearance.

Sept 25 – Arrest: Kenneth C Cerny, 40, El Dorado Springs, on two Vernon County warrants for failure to appear on a non-moving traffic violation with a cash only bond of $10 and failure to appear on a non-moving traffic violation with a cash only bond of $500. He was also arrested on a Cedar County warrant for assault with a cash only bond of $205. He was later turned over to the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office.

Officer responded to a reported larceny at 100 East Hwy 54. Investigation revealed that an unknown male subject driving a black 1986 Chevy S-10 pickup, Missouri License 7CN609, had left without paying for $26 in fuel. Investigation continuing.

Sept 26, Arrests: Martin McGee, 34, El Dorado Springs on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of livestock at large with a cash or surety bond of $120. He was released after posting bond, pending court appearance.

Boyd Culbertson, 19, El Dorado Springs, on an active Newton County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of stolen vehicle with a cash only bond of $250. He was turned over to the Newton County Sheriff’s pffice.

Sept 28 – Arrest: Sheila A. Ducoulombier, 45, Jerico Springs, on an active Cedar County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle with a cash only bond of $250. She was later turned over to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office.

Sept 29 – Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at 106 West Patricia. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Jaymi R Self, 25, El Dorado Springs, for third degree domestic assault. She was held pending bond and court appearance.

Officers responded to a reported larceny at 204 South Jackson, Apt 3. Investigation revealed that a wallet containing money, identification and other personal papers had been stolen. Report was taken and investigation continuing.

Arrested – Keith D Gibbs, 55, of El Dorado Springs on an active Cedar County Warrant for a probation violation, on the original charge of Forgery with no bond. He was turned over to the Cedar County Sheriff’s department.
