7TH GRADE SET-UP – Tori Rawlings, 7th grade VolleyDog outside hitter/setter, sets the ball for Makenzie Melton (No. 40), outside hitter/setter, during their match with the Warsaw Wildcats Thursday evening at home. The 7th grade won in two – 25-16 and 25-20.

7TH GRADE SERVE RECEIVE – Sharon Wardlow, 7th grade VolleyDog defensive specialist, handled a Warsaw serve during their game Thursday evening. Coach Ashley Heitz Rogers said, “I was very pleased with the 7th grade. That was their first win of the season and they were very excited. They played well all the way around.”

BACK AT ‘CHA – Tiffany Nikodim, 8th grade VolleyDogs outside hitter/setter, returned a volley Thursday evening in their game against the Warsaw Wildcats. Problems receiving the serve cost the 8th grade the match in two games – 16-25 and 22-25.

CALM BEFORE THE KILL – Amy Ford (No. 54), 8th grade VolleyDog outside hitter/middle hitter, set the ball for Outside Hitter Keili Tough (No. 2) during their match with the Warsaw Wildcats Thursday evening. Coach Ashley Heitz Rogers said, “The 8th grade struggled a little with serve receive in this game, but they are improving every game and we love to see that.”
